A Village IV closing package is required to sell your home.

All Homeowners - please have your attorney call the Village IV office at (630) 960-2850 to request a closing package.

Townhome Owners - please contact your management company (FirstService Residental) representative, Amanda Briggs, for specifc closing package requirements for THOA.  Amanda can be reached via phone at (847)777-7027 or e-mail - Amanda.Briggs.ward@fsresidential.com.

Information regarding the Village IV closing package fee can be obtained from the Village IV office.

Please allow the Village IV office staff at least two weeks to process the closing package for your home.
